About Trust Your Fascia

Trust Your Fascia is more than a name

I’s a method, a philosophy, and an invitation to come home to your body.

Fascia is the intelligent web that holds everything together — muscles, bones, organs, even emotion and memory. When we experience stress, injury, or emotional holding, fascia can become restricted. Through a blend of Rolfing, yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom, I help you listen to your body’s messages and gently release what’s been held.
