I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, to a vibrant mix of spirit and structure.
My mother was an intuitive woman — deeply connected to nature, animals, and the unseen. From her, I inherited a natural sense of service, sensitivity, and the healing wisdom of plants, cycles, and the body.
My father, a disciplined military man, gave me grounding — the strength to create structure and show up fully for what I believe in.
I studied Business, imagining a future in corporate Brazil.
But after graduation, I came to the U.S. to study English — just for a season.
Then, everything changed.
My mother passed away, and her death cracked something open in me. Grief reshaped my priorities.
I stayed.
In my search for stability, I became a personal trainer, hoping to guide others toward transformation through movement. But something still felt missing. I was helping bodies, but not touching the soul.
One day, I walked into a yoga class — and everything shifted.
There was breath.
There was silence.
There was space for my grief, my questions, and a deeper connection I hadn’t yet named.
Yoga didn’t just move my body — it moved me.
That moment led me down a new path.
I traveled to India. I studied meditation, breathwork, and traditional yoga. I met the teachers who would shape my practice — including Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, whose guidance still echoes in my work.
Eventually, I moved to Boulder, Colorado — and that’s where I found Rolfing.
After a long-standing injury healed through the Rolf Method, I felt a deep yes in my body.
This, too, needed to be part of my path.
I trained in the Rolf Institute and began offering bodywork that went beyond muscle — into fascia, into memory, into what the body holds but doesn’t say.
Today, I weave together Rolfing, yoga, Ayurveda, breath, and sound.
Each session is an invitation to come home — not just to your body’s structure, but to its intelligence.
Trust Your Fascia isn’t just a name.
It’s a way of living — a reminder that your body is wise, your rhythm is sacred, and your healing doesn’t need to be rushed.
You are not a project to fix.
You are a being to celebrate.
The Rolfing 10-Series is a structured, transformative process that guides your body back into alignment — layer by layer.
Each session builds upon the last, focusing on a different region of the body and how it relates to gravity, posture, and movement. We work through surface layers, deeper core structures, and then integrate the entire system — restoring balance, fluidity, and connection.
This is more than bodywork.
My yoga path began as a deep personal healing — a doorway into grief, breath, and the quiet strength within.
Though I explored many styles, it was the Ashtanga lineage that gave me structure, discipline, and devotion. The rhythm of the practice, the breath, and the internal focus offered me a sense of wholeness I hadn’t known before.
