I was born in São Paulo, Brazil — the daughter of a gypsy-hearted, intuitive woman and a disciplined military man.
From my mother, I learned the art of natural healing: herbs, animals, body wisdom, and honoring life’s cycles. From my father, I inherited structure, responsibility, and a devotion to community. This balance of spirit and discipline still guides me in everything I do.
When I first arrived in the United States, I was a recent Business graduate — intending only to study English and return home.
But life had its own rhythm. After the passing of my mother, grief cracked me open and changed everything. I stayed. I searched.
I became a personal trainer and helped people transform their bodies through movement. But something was missing — until one day, I stepped into a yoga class.
In that stillness, I felt my grief, my depression, my breath… and a sense of home I’d been missing. That day began a path of deeper healing.
I followed that path across the world — to India, to teachers, to thousands of hours in practice, meditation, and pranayama.
Eventually, I made my way to Boulder, Colorado.
There, I discovered Rolfing — and once again, my body showed me the way. After healing my own injury through this powerful method, I knew I had to learn it.
Today, I offer Rolfing, Yoga, Ayurvedic coaching, and chanting as a holistic path to reconnection — not just for the body, but for the whole being.
I don’t “fix” people. I hold space.
Space for feeling. Space for movement. Space for deep release.
I’ve been intuitive since I was a child. I can read energy and follow the quiet wisdom of the body.
Trust Your Fascia isn’t just a name — it’s the way I live, and what I invite you to discover for yourself.
The Rolfing 10-Series is a structured, transformative process that guides your body back into alignment — layer by layer.
Each session builds upon the last, focusing on a different region of the body and how it relates to gravity, posture, and movement. We work through surface layers, deeper core structures, and then integrate the entire system — restoring balance, fluidity, and connection.
This is more than bodywork.
My yoga path began as a deep personal healing — a doorway into grief, breath, and the quiet strength within.
Though I explored many styles, it was the Ashtanga lineage that gave me structure, discipline, and devotion. The rhythm of the practice, the breath, and the internal focus offered me a sense of wholeness I hadn’t known before.
